At SAVYA Austria Automation GmbH, the signs are clearly pointing to growth. Despite the current tense economic situation and uncertainties due to international framework conditions such as punitive tariffs in the USA, the company has succeeded in acquiring international customers and landing highly interesting orders. What is particularly pleasing is that the projects come from a wide range of industries and regions. "Our openness to all industries and our high level of flexibility are paying off. Whether it's a small project for a local customer or an order worth millions from a large corporation - we're ready!" says Markus Weber, Technical Director of SAVYA. With current orders from the USA, India and Austria as well as numerous potential projects in the negotiation phase, the team is confident that it will not only achieve its targets for the 2025/26 financial year, but even exceed them. “The start to the new financial year is more than promising,” emphasizes Head of Sales Markus Hahn. The close cooperation with VTW offers customers particularly great added value, allowing comprehensive turnkey solutions to be offered. The customer feedback so far speaks for itself. A strong start to the new financial year & a lively team culture
In order to prepare for the next steps in the company's young history, the entire team took the opportunity to leave their daily work routine behind for 1.5 days. As part of a team workshop in Litschau, they worked intensively with Michaela Bisjak from the Lenzing training center on the future direction and cooperation. “It was a great mixture of teamwork, fresh air and a meaningful contribution to the joint strategy,” summarizes HR Manager Christian Weber with satisfaction. It was particularly pleasing that all employees accepted the invitation and were fully motivated.
Looking to the future - specialists wanted
SAVYA is ready for the next big step. With the current full capacity utilization and record order intake, the company has already started planning long-term growth steps at the Waidhofen site. In order to maintain this momentum in the future, the company is currently looking for specialists in programming and electrical engineering. The main tasks here include the design of electronic components specifically for plant and special machine construction. In addition, the creation of digital circuit diagrams - preferably using E-Plan software - is just as much a part of the job as the wiring and installation of systems on site.
